Translation, Interpreting and Multimedia Services in Oakland, California. Info@CacaoRock.com

Here at CacaoRock we have been translating technical papers, accounting and financial texts, software, immigration certificates, adoption letters, books, movie scripts and official foreign documents for a long time. We even worked translating documents for the military and creating movie subtitles! What is so special about our English to Spanish translations? Our localization skills. Besides our accuracy, we are able to apply to these translations the neutralism of standard Spanish or specific Spanish-speaking countries. For more information about our rates, our previous work experience and how can we help you, contact us via email at Info@CacaoRock.com or visit our ProZ.com profile page.

Loco Disco, Funky ManThis current podcast is supposed to be funky. I collected 7 of the first funky-R&B-jazzed-messed up tunes that came to my mind and made a little MP3 file out of it.

Tracks featured are:

Miles Davis: "Jean Pierre" (from his 1982 album We Want Miles)

J.B.'s: "Doin' It To Death" (from the 1973 album of the same name)

Daft Punk: "Ten Minutes of Funk Mix (Armand Van Helden Mix)" (from the 1996 Promo CD Da Funk)

Herbie Hancock: "Hang Up Your Hang Ups" (from the 1974 album Manchild)

Jamiroquai: "Canned Heat" (from the compilation 1999 Remixes)

Kool & The Gang: "Summer Madness" (from the 1974 album Light Of Worlds)

Esther Williams: "Last Night Changed It All (I Really Had A Ball)" (from the 1976 single of the same name)

Coming soon, the volume 2. Next time I'll put some Rick James, Roy Ayers, Parliament... you know, the kind of stuff you sweep under the rug. The real dirty funky sound of the seventies and eighties. Enjoy!
